Carbon Graphite Shells
We use carbon fiber for the shell material — chosen for its superior strength-to-weight ratio. Unlike plastic, carbon fiber maintains hinge alignment under load, which is critical for proper joint support.
Titanium & Stainless Hinges
We manufacture our own hinges in-house. Most braces use titanium. All hinges incorporate Delrin bushings for smooth, quiet operation and can be tailored to almost any size.
Condyle Pad System
Our condyle pad system supports the joint on each side for optimal medial and lateral stability — a key feature that sets our braces apart.

Custom ACL Leg Brace
