Ordering  a custom Knee Brace for your   Dog or Horse

1.Contact VRT via Email or phone

2.VRT will send over an order form online or fax to you

3.If ordering a cast kit we ship directly to the DVM or Owner

4.Once cast is made,mark name on cast,center of Stiflem

plus any other areas of concern.Package up in box with

proper padding and ship to VRT with order form.We do not

request payment until cast is poured and process on the brace construction has began.

5.When the brace is done a notification by phone and email will be sent with tracking number.Please specify where brace will be shipped to.

6.Once brace has arrived we are available 7 days a week

on any questions regarding the brace.

All Braces main construction shells and hinges are guaranteed life of your dog.One refurbishment is included

with each brace.

Policy on the Custom Braces for Dogs and Horses.

These braces are custom made to the cast model.If there are any adjustments we will take care of them we stay with

the project to assure fit and functionality are achieved.If there is a casting issue and the brace has to be remade we 

will  take care of labor cost customer covers materials and shipping.Since these braces are custom made there is no refund.
